Our concept is to introduce authentic high quality Japanese street food. We change our menu regularly to reflect the freshest produce in season.
We are committed to make our food from scratch using organic and locally-grown produce. We use nothing but the highest quality wholesome ingredients, organic home made oils and natural hand picked sea salt.
Cooking from scratch allows us to support the local food industries and organic agriculture that we believe in so strongly. Few restaurants are willing to invest in sustainable food sourcing, so we can rest assured that our customers are eating the highest quality ingredients because we are the one who has purchased them firsthand from producers or local shops. We buy hormone-free, local meat.
Why cooking from scratch?
House-cooked food is the healthiest because we know exactly what’s in everything we make. You don’t need to worry about sodium, fat, sugars artificial flavorings, colours, and unpleasant additives because all the food you eat comes from fresh, whole ingredients.
We are able to reduce the output of household waste significantly by preparing food ourself. Processed and pre-made foods come with loads of packaging that end up in landfill and recycling, whereas buying whole ingredients either loose or in reusable packaging has reduced our kitchen waste to almost nothing.
